亲水链霉亲和素磁性微球是由磁性纳米颗粒与高纯度的链霉亲和素共价偶联而成。产品以超顺磁亲水高分子磁珠为固相载体,这种微球能用于捕获生物素标记的底物,如抗原、抗体和核酸等。链霉亲和素(streptavidin)与生物素(biotin)的结合是最著名的非共价生物交互作用之一,因此,这也是亲和层析法所使用的一种强大工具。生物分子可以与生物素轻松融合,而层析基质上固定的链霉亲和素配体可以与之结合,而且这种链霉亲和素-生物素相互作用具有较低的非特异亲和性,捕获所需的底物能够直接应用于后续实验,建议pH 使用范围1-9.

The high affinity between streptavidin and biotin has a wide application. The magnetic beads are monolayer instead of multilayer recombinant streptavidin, these characteristics make the surface of the beads have large amount of the biotin binding sites for free biotin and biotin ligand and target molecules.
