Product Overview

Stem cells possess the unique ability to differentiate into multiple lineages of cells including adipocytes. Lonza’s hMSC Adipogenic Differentiation BulletKit^TM Medium is a serum containing media system designed to induce adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow derived hMSC into mature, functionally active adipocytes in as few as 19 days. Differentiation can then be validated by a variety of methods including the use of Lonza’s AdipoRed^TM Adipogenic Assay Reagent which provides a quantitative value related to the amount of adipogenic differentiation.
