Cryopreserved Human Neonatal Epidermal Keratinocytes, Pooled, ≥ 500,000 cells
Product Overview
Cryopreserved Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes from pooled donros are guaranteed through 18 population doublings for adult and neonatal cells.
All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased.

Growth Curve of NHEK Culture
The growth curve of the Neonatal Human Epidermal Keratinocyte culture displayed in the image shows the expected doubling time of 1 population doubling per 24 hours in the log phase of within the first 2 days of culture, but significantly slows down after 2.5 days and comes finally to a growth stop.
