即用型 CloneticsTM 小鼠脑 C57 皮层神经元 (M-CX-300) 是从小鼠 C57 黑脑 (E14, 15) 中分离出来的。 这些以标准化方法制备的高质量原代胚胎脑神经元细胞（包括神经胶质细胞）的细胞悬液形式出售，并可立即培养。
每瓶皮层细胞含有大约 400 万个活细胞。 这将使用推荐的电镀密度和培养基播种到 24 孔板的 10 个或更多孔和 96 孔板的 50 个或更多孔中。 培养约 4 天后，细胞将形成神经突网络，到第 7 天，碎片将最少。
