细胞可保证 5 次群体倍增，并显示出与新鲜细胞相当的形态和生长特性。 CloneticsTM MEF 方便易用，使研究人员能够专注于结果。
推荐培养基：Lonza’s DMEM High Glucose w/ L-Gln，500 mL（第 12-604F 部分），含 10% FBS（Sigma-Aldrich 第 F6178 部分）
