- Simple operation by centrifuging after the addition of four extraction buffers step wisely.
- Additionally required material is only cooled centrifuge( to 10,000 x g).
- The process for all fractionation is completed in 3 hours. Both Fractionated cells from mammalian tissue and frozen cell are available.

特性
样品制备电泳、免疫沉淀、ELISA、染色质免疫沉淀试验、酶活性实验等。
操作简单，离心后加入四种提取缓冲液步骤明智。
此外，所需材料只需冷却离心机(至10,000 x g)。
所有的分馏过程在3小时内完成。从哺乳动物组织分离的细胞和冷冻细胞都是可用的。
